   I’ve been wanting to try this beer for a while, can anyone maybe send me one? I can’t order beer online because of state laws. I have a list of beers I’d be willing to trade for.

   Another great smoked porter is Sue from Yazoo, its the biggest malt bomb around. At times its like a glass of liquid smoke.

   I’ve lived and grew up in the town this stuff is brewed at . I use to work at the smokery where they’d get their wood chips for flavoring (do you notice that salmon taste? hehe….yep).

   You mentioned that due the the ABV this beer is not great for cellaring, but according to the brewery the smoking process makes it an excellent candidate for cellar conditions. The smoking acts as a preservative and i have heard of people saving this beer for their child’s 21st birthday.

    Hey ya,
    damn! I would definately like to taste that beer, but no chance here in Germany…

    Smoked beer is very special and really not for everybody.

    We have a very famous one here, the original smoked beer from Bamberg called ‘Schlenkerla’
    it’s a Maerzen Style’ I just had one right now and i only bought one bottle..

    I will send it to you along some other german beers…
    let’s see what Joe D. has to offer next…

    seems like with the proper research you could have it shipped there. google 99 bottles federal way wa. thats my local micro brew store and the city and state, i bet they would ship you anything you wanted from the NW.

    It is proven that the oils and fats from a bacon sandwich can cure a hangover faster, always with a lot of water. Check it out.
