    good vid i found it informitive.i’m a novis brewer. only one brew under my belt(due to money probs) but i have done a lot of resurch here and lik the info i get from the vids. now i know how to use the caper.

    After Judging lots of HomeBrews that were badly tainted, I’d prefer that she not touch her hair and then return her hands to the caps during the bottling/cappign procedure.

    Remember to sanitize hands and handles of equipment too. Just rinsing isn’t enough.
