   I have to say that I got more of a bitter taste in this beer, I’ve been lucky enough to find it at $5 a 6 pack at my local store, and thats just my luck. I have to disagree with the sweet taste. If anything a chocolate taste, maybe more of the dark chocolate side but good none the less. I get a hoppy smell, I wonder what the IBU’s are on this beer. Never the less good to see someone else enjoying this beer, like I side, its great and Delicious, good job on the review.

   Avery is one of the better breweries in the U.S. I haven’t had their porter but I’ve had enough of their beers to know they are serious… Now after watching this I’m going to have to pick this one up… I love it when you can see the great lacing on camera… Great review!

   (fyi- Avery’s IPA kicks ass!)

   I have only had Avery’s IPA’s. Based on your review it looks like one I should try to get my hands on. I love Porters.

    mmhhh looks god but i like to have a good finger of head on my beer. I would love to try that as a black and tan!

    I think Beer Advocate listed Avery as the #1 or 2 beer brewery in the US in their “year in beer” mag.

    Great review man! Btw i love that intro! The beer sounds good man! I have only had the Old Jubilation Ale from Avery. But i have all their Demonic Ales (The Beast Grand Cru Ale, Samaels Oak Aged Ale and Mephistopheles Stout) in my beer fridge, gonna review them at some point! Cheers!

    Great video guys. Just wondering, what size carboy you used as the primary fermenter? Glass or BB? Will you use a secondary?

    Can’t wait for the follow-up video…..
