    @nige4958 No, no coopers kits here…I have thought about brewing one just to see how it would turn out….but that is a lot of effort for something that will probably be very inferior to what I am brewing now. All grain is sooooo addictive!!!!

    Nice video, but I’m going to have to disagree with your yeast bias. Yeast should be chosen based on what characteristics you’re looking to impart on the beer, not on the country of origin. There are lots of good American yeasts. I’ve found that WLP001 (the Sierra Nevada strain) does an *amazing* job in just about every ale style you throw at it. Can’t go wrong with some good ol’ pacman yeast either =D.
