watch homebrew58 `s video to make a yeast starter correctly ( or anything brew related ) . sanitizing is critical, otherwise you will infect your yeast. . . a yeast infection is never good haha.

Great Video, I will be making my first yeast starter this weekend for a witbier I will brew on Monday. Great info for those of us who havent had much experience with starters yet.
I have 5 gallons of belgian dubbel fermenting right now in secondary, Its been three weeks and I am still having airlock activity every 15 seconds or so, so I think its going through a slow ferment and I;m hoping a yeast starter will prevent that from happening in my witbier I make next week.
